Tessa Duin (1997) studied Production Design on the Dutch Film Academy and graduated in 2022. Her passion for design has always kept her busy.
In 2016 she graduated as a Fashion Designer at the ROC. In order to combine her passion for design and her love for film, she decided to gain experience with the production design training at the Dutch Film Academy. After a valuable year, she faced the next four years with a lot of energy.
In her third year, Tessa did an internship with the series "Bestseller Boy" As an all-round Art Assistant she supported the Art department, under the leadership of Production art; Wilma Schuemie, Production Design; Joke Geuze & Desiree Brands, Art Director; Jazz Kuipers and proprietor Hanna van der Haar.
This internship enabled her to gain a broad picture of the work process and the partnership within and outside your department. After her graduation, Tessa mainly wants to prepare herself for the professional field. In which she can be used in various areas within the art department.
In her fourth year she started her own project called Lua. This is an animation film where she fulfills the role of Direction and Production Design.
In addition, Tessa graduates as Art Director for the film "Joan's Theme" (directed by Kiefer Eijckelhof).
